Concept Design

Creativity reigns during this phase. Not just to create exquisite designs, but to solve problems that may have seemed impossible at the outset. Over a series of meetings, the project begins to take shape in loose, freehand drawings and computer plans that depict several scenarios. Furniture locations and function are reviewed and how you live in your home.  The three-dimensional form also begins to take shape.  Location and size of rooms (space planning) are shown. Code and zoning issues are discussed and researched. Ballpark costs can be provided.

At the end of the phase, you select a single direction from the scenarios and Lindsay Daniel Architecture takes your project to the next phase -- Design Development.
