While the job of construction supervision belongs to the contractor, it is always beneficial to have a personal steward monitoring your project.

Your set of plans are the guidelines to one huge jigsaw puzzle....one small piece placed wrong and the whole design can get out of wack! 

Construction is an extremely complex process and it is impossible to follow plans accurately without assistance and guidance. This is why your architect should be hired to watch the construction.  Alot of small items and details regularly get overlooked that are on the plans, and sadly, with big ramifications to the overall design.  During construction, Lindsay Daniel Architecture can review subcontractor shop drawings, visit the job site to clarify ambiguous areas and adjust materials as necessary, and resolve any other difficulties that arise.
