Pre-Design This first phase is all about information gathering, both hard facts and the details of your dreams and vision. We meet with you and record your thoughts, needs, and concerns. We walk the project with you and take many photos and measurements. For addition/renovations projects we take those measurements and create existing site and house plans to work from. The actual design begins in the next phase. Your architect will also request various materials, which may include:
