Here the project begins to take shape. Scaled, yet loose and freehand, drawings of several schemes are presented to the client over a series of meetings. Location and size (space planning) are shown while code and zoning issues are discussed for each scheme. Owners choose a single direction from the drawings and LDA proceeds to Design Development with that choice. Also ballpark cost can be provided at this stage.
