In this phase the design begins to come into sharper focus and the character of the project emerges. Loose sketches progress to scaled floor plans, elevations, building sections, and drawings of detail where needed. Clients review these plans over several meetings, contributing comments along the way. Once comments are incorporated, the client request Construction Drawings from LDA. This is a good time for owners to get preliminary construction prices and compare those to their budget.
