DESIGN CONSULTS

Lindsay Daniel still offers her popular Residential Design Consults with-in the Charlotte area only.  This is a One Shot  consultation  for a 1-2 hour design jam session (at $250 per hour.  $150/hr after the initial 2 hrs if you want to go further).  This type of meeting allows you to tip-toe into a project (to test the waters so to speak without jumping into the deep end).  Before paying out good money to start a design project, you can explore if one can even work at your site and within your scope of needs!

She begins with you reviewing the whole job site area.  This consult allows you to discuss high level conceptual design of planning options/ feasibility  of zoning and codes/ approx. project design and construction timing/  and (if possible) a potential construction cost brackets.  If she provides sketches during the consult, they are yours to keep and use for discussions with builders or other designers.  **If you want to move into a full service project for a Permit Set of Construction Plans, she can refer you to her special network of professional residential design firms.
